New Attempt to Stifle Constitutionalists in the Law Field

A recent ethics proposed ethics rule shows a broader movement to stifle judges and lawyers who are Constitutionalists and conservatives by trying to ban them from joining the legal organization, The Federalist Society, which doesn’t get involved in legal cases. Yet there is no ruling against joining the American Bar Association, which has a history of pushing the liberal/progressive agenda in court cases.
