The Supreme Court is where so many of battles play out as there has been a switch to make the court a “super legislature” instead of respecting the proper role of the Supreme Court. The new nominee is is an opportunity for President Trump to deliver a third time on his campaign promise to put fair, independent, excellent jurists on the Supreme Court who will be faithful to the Constitution and not try to put their personal preferences into cases.
