Should Congressional Republicans vote to delay tax reduction relief for hard working Americans?

You might think watching this delay that Republicans like to shoot themselves in their own foot. If you look at the promise and the way that the markets are reacting, the relief to hardworking Americans that a corporate tax rate reduction would bring should be an immediate relief. If you think that this phasing-in idea is a valuable idea, it’s not because it delays the benefits and its easier for Congresses in the future to avoid actually following through on the corporate tax rate reduction.
