@SenWhitehouse 10/ @SenWhitehouse & wife come from very wealthy backgrounds and are members of a reportedly all-white club that has counted the Vanderbilts and Astors as members. Is his home owned in LLC/trust? How about family members' homes they have visited? Is he reporting these visits?

@SenWhitehouse 9/ I'm sure many judges/justices don’t realize they must report these stays at family members’ homes so I expect the Judicial Conference to provide guidance to judges on this new requirement. I'm sure Conference will receive some blistering comments back on this stupid rule.

@SenWhitehouse 8/ Whatever you think of requiring judges to report stays at a friend’s home that is held in an LLC/trust, you can’t possibly be in favor of requiring a judge to report stays at a family member’s homes that is held in LLC/trust. But that’s the rule.

@SenWhitehouse 7/ The Judicial Conference caved to @SenWhitehouse on this absurd definition b/c Whitehouse wanted to terrorize Justice Thomas for visiting his friend Harlan Crow at his summer home in Adirondacks. Yes, Crow’s summer home is held in an LLC but it’s still his personal home.
