The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria announced its goal to stage a Paris-style attack in our nation’s capital, Washington, DC — “we will strike America at its center in Washington.” How will DC’s city council, and our Congress which has oversight of DC, react to this shocking threat?
The DC city council should immediately take up emergency legislation to streamline the process for DC citizens and non-residents who work in or travel to DC to obtain conceal carry permits. I discuss this with Lars Larson on his radio show.
