I joined The Jim Bohannon radio show to discuss a new federal district court ruling out of Texas concerning the Obama Administration’s new transgender policy guidelines for public school districts across the nation. The preliminary injunction put a nationwide stay of action against enforcement of the Obama administration’s policy as a potential violation of the Administrative Procedures Act (APA) because the Administration did not follow the public notice and comment requirements of the APA.
