Is the Democrat push for more power a Supreme Coup? Mad that they cannot control all three branches of our federal government, the Democrats are fighting back. Joe Biden set up a commission to promote changes to the Supreme Court, and the Congressional Democrats are pushing a bill to pack the Supreme Court by adding more justices.
Even if the Democrats fail to change the composition of the Supreme Court, their efforts to attack the Court may influence the way the Court decides cases and may lower the trust Americans place in the Court. Long term, the Democrats’ strategy may result in eleventy thousand justices. In this episode I argue that this is the most pressing issue we confront today. Let Congress know you oppose packing the Supreme Court!
